About Bettercare
Bettercare Group of Schools was founded to give children in Saki access to nursery, primary, and secondary education of international standard.
Academic history
Bettercare Group of Schools marks the realization of the dream of Mrs Ojo Grace Emily, the proprietress of this great citadel, to bequeath to future generations of Nigerians nursery, primary, and secondary school education of international standard where the academic calendar is faithfully run without interruption.
A planning committee was formed in July 1998, comprising distinguished scholars and reputable teachers whose responsibilities included the proper supervision and formulation of the school project. The school commenced its academic programme in the 1998/1999 session at Isale-Ijesha with few pupils, three teachers, and limited facilities.
Through determination, discipline, and the dedication of passionate teachers, Bettercare has grown steadily. Today, the school serves Saki through seven branches and has grown from three staff members to almost 90 teaching and non-teaching staff.
Growth timeline
The branches now include Mokola Primary and Secondary School, Isale-Booru Secondary School, Bettercare School Isale-Adinni, Bettercare Nursery/Primary School Isale-Booru, Bettercare School Challenge Area, Bettercare School Isale-Oke (Oge) Area, and Bettercare School Ona-Ogbooro Area.
